This is one of my worst projects to date, it originally started as a deluxe edition of UNRAPPABLE BEAUTY but later shifted into its own lane. with love, gatz. was the original name for the this project, it was originally going to portray me as a Gatsby-like character since that was a book I was reading at the time. I later changed the name to with love, yours truly.

This would stay the name until around May 15th to May 23rd, 2024 where it would later become I HONESTLY HATE ME TOO.

This whole project centered around a period in my life involving a girl, the ups & the downs of our friendship at the time. This would later be thrown completely out the window once me & her stopped talking. The concept would later go on to be turned into the song BRKN PPL BRK PPL

Before the release of UNRAPPABLE BEAUTY (Deluxe Edition), I would completely unrelease this whole project on SoundCloud except for the last track, which was released as a single prior.

On February 27th, 2026, setting myself up for failure. would be rereleased onto SoundCloud after being rediscovered.

Facts about Each Song

  • setting myself up for failure. was an idea that started all the way back during Fresh Loser, it originally started as One I Love & was later brought into The Sophomore EP as another version of Mercury.
  • bliss one. started off as an UNRAPPABLE BEAUTY track & when this mixtape was unreleased, it was brought back to UNRAP on the deluxe release.
  • fkin awesome. was made in about an hour, only one bounce of this song was made and it's the released version.
  • the rain. started off as a Fresh Loser track, was put on Lem∞ns & The Sophomore EP for a short amount of time, then got put on this project. When this mixtape was unreleased, it was brought back to UNRAP on the deluxe release.
  • fkin terrible. was named after something someone said, this is a common thing with music made around this time.
  • bliss two. was at one point just bliss one. but with DnB drums, then was made into something different during the original sessions for this mixtape.
  • thank you, i love you. was named after something someone said on a note once.

  • intro. was the reason this demo EP got deleted from SoundCloud since it samples "Summer Madness" by Kool & The Gang.
  • setting myself up for failure. would've had a reprise with interviews that related to the concept of the project.
  • the rain. originally had drums taken from "Use Me" by Bill Withers that would later be used on MERCURY (80)
  • thank you, i love you. was the only song kept on SoundCloud when I HONESTLY HATE ME TOO. was taken down in favor on the deluxe release of UNRAPPABLE BEAUTY.
